Momma got us new tags and OMG they are simply fabulous! We had a photoshoot this morning because we can't get enough of how gorgeous we look with our new tags :) Oh, look! Even momma got her own dog tags with our photos on it!

We got these beauties from Bruce's Custom Engravings, and they are truly beautiful. Enjoy our photos!

PAWsome Updates

Homeygad I haven't blogged for over a month! Momma was away again and you know I can't actually use the keyboard, so I was just pretty much hanging out with Qish all the time. She even brought the iPad with her, so I didn't have access to the interwebz and my favorite fishing game! Anyway, here are bits of stuff on what happened while we were not blogging.

Since momma wasn't around for 9 days, grandma (lola) took care of us again and look at what she made for us! Now I can alternate this pretty new scarf with the one she made for me last August. She's the best lola in the world! Plus she gives us treats all the time so she's our favorite catsitter, too :)

New scarf, yay!

A scarf  for Qish, too! It perfectly complements Qish's blue eyes :)

And this is my current favorite: my lil charming princess dress! Lovingly knitted by my grandma! I swear I look super cute in it :)

Momma started a cat feeding program for the homeless kitties under Magallanes Interchange flyover. Right now she feeds 6 cats at night before going home. Her next project is to have them spayed so they stay a small family.

I won in Nestlé Purina's contest last Halloween, and look what I got! I am planning to give this to my homeless brothers and sisters pictured above.

Look at what our momma did when she was in Phuket! She said she missed us so much so she hugged and kissed a local kitty :)

Qish is Home! :)

It's been quite a rough week for our little kitty family. I had to leave Qish at Vets in Practice Animal Hospital on Sunday as his creatinine is at it's highest -- 2.6. I visited him everyday, and I saw him get better each day. Qish is not exactly the most sociable cat, so everytime someone from the hospital opens his cage, he hisses and tries to scratch/bite them. Well I guess he still owns the title, "Most Difficult Cat Patient of All Time" at the clinic :)

Finally after 5 days of confinement and kidney flushing, we went home on Thursday. He looked thrilled inside his carrier, but not after he threw a screaming/hissing fit at Dr. Riza when she was taking out his IV line. Dr. Riza is seriously our hero! No matter how badly Qish treats him, she never gives up on him. She is probably the only person in VIP who's heart doesn't skip a beat when handling Qish :)

While Qish was in the hospital, Rue was a little different -- she wouldn't play, and was very clingy. She would follow me around all the time! I guess she was a little confused as to why Kuya Qish wasn't home. She was a little weirded out by Qish's scent when he got home, but she started playing and running around around as soon as big brother was home! Whoever said that animals don't have feelings clearly hasn't lived with one!

Qish is still not back to his normal self, as he spends his time just hiding in his carrier and sleeping instead of bullying/playing with Rue. But I'm just so glad that he's home!

Something Fishy!

Momma has a new toy! She says it's a fisheye 8mm lens that she pairs with her big camera. I don't know why it's called a fish, because it doesn't look and smell like fish at all!

Anyway, she tested it on me and Qish and I don't like it one bit. First, it makes us look silly and funny! Qish looks amused, but I am not. And second, momma has to be really close to my face when she uses it! It almost touches my nose, and then it makes that funny sound. Not good at all.

Here's my photo at the balcony, and my view. Momma let's me hang out here, but only if I've got a leash on. Or in this case, when she's got an fisheye on me. Sheesh!

We both love healthy treats! Ok, we admit, we like those JUNK human treats, too (chips and oily things), but our momma wouldn't let us have them. She told us that we should only eat healthy food, so we can have a long life wif our PAWsome family.
