She wouldn't let me stay in the balcony without a leash! Ugh! Aren't cats supposed to jump around and run outdoors?!
NOTE: We live on the 12th floor, and the birds hovering above excite Rue so much. I have to put her harness and leash on everytime she's in the balcony because the thought of her "flying" to the ground floor just to chase a bird scares me so! -- Hooman Momma

sooo cute! my cat doesnt need to be leashed, he's afraid of human beings that's why we leave the door half open so he could get in and out whenever a person passes by our house. XD
