As the owner of a rescued kitten, I love your blog. I enjoyed reading the stories of Qish and Rue.
We found our Uma near the trash just outside our gate one rainy morning with her eyes still closed and umbilical cord still attached. She was the tiniest, tiniest thing! She couldn’t pee and poop on her own the first two weeks, we had to stimulate her with a piece of cotton. She had to be bottle-fed for a while, too. I used to hate (as in I could not stand them) cats before Uma, but now she’s the love of my life. She’s five months now and is one healthy, happy cat.
I will definitely be a frequent visitor.

Uma is such a lucky girl! Thank you for giving her a chance to see the world from a different perspective -- a world with a warm home and good people! Merry Christmas :) She's also very cute, by the way. I love that patch of black on her nose :)
Awww! Was Rue's Santa outfit custom-made? She's soooo cuuuuuuuute! I wanna make custom clothes for me kitties coz the ones at pet stores are mostly (if not all) for dawgies. ^^;

Yup, my mom (who's a big fan of Rue) hand-sew the dress! Talk about labor of love for the orange kitty :) All of Rue's dresses are custom-made, I should take a photo of her "wardrobe"! :)

Thankies.^^ My kitties got by the New Year "war zone" pretty well... it was the first Christmas and New Year for three of em. <3 (and the fifth one for 'ol aplha male grandaddy :P)

I was always afraid for my cats during new year. I put them in the bathroom, setup their carriers with towels sprayed with Feliway, and left them there. Everytime I peek, they looked relaxed and they were actually wondering why I locked them up! No cowering or raised "brush" tail :)
